Shipping & Returns
Shipping Time
Ships within approximately 2–3 weeks.
Each piece is made, finished, and packaged to order.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
Due to the size and weight of our furniture, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us at info@twentyfiveandpine.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not qualify for a refund.
Important Notes
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed once we receive and inspect the returned furniture. Processing may take 3-7 business days after receipt.
Please ensure the items are re-packaged securely. Damage during return shipping may affect your refund.
We’re sorry, but we can’t accept exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, you’ll need to place a new order for that item after your return is processed.
