Return Policy
We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Everyday Set, Everyday Table/Bench, Everyday Chair/Stool
We offer 30 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be disassembled, unused, and in good condition — repackaged securely in the original packaging for return shipping. We're a small handmade shop and can't accept pieces that have been damaged or heavily used.
To start a return, email us at info@twentyfiveandpine.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
A few things to know:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days of us receiving the item
- Please disassemble and repack carefully — damage during return shipping may affect your refund

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Same process — email us at info@twentyfiveandpine.com to get started.
If something arrives damaged or defective
That's on us and we'll make it right immediately. Email us within 7 days at info@twentyfiveandpine.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item and box and we'll sort it out fast.
