SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Twenty Five and Pine. Every piece is handmade by us in our Dayton, Ohio shop — here's everything you need to know about getting it to your door.
Processing & Ship Times
Everyday Set, Everyday Table/Bench, Everyday Chair/Stool orders are ready to ship within 1-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.
Liz Table orders may vary — exact timing is shown on the product page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package size and destination. For most Everyday Set orders shipping typically runs $25-45 depending on your location.
Orders ship via UPS. Because our furniture is solid and heavy, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes — we need a valid street address for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, email us at info@twentyfiveandpine.com with your name and order number.
Damaged Shipments
If something arrives damaged that's on us and we'll fix it fast. Email us within 14 days at info@twentyfiveandpine.com with your order number, a photo of the damage, and a photo of the packaging. We'll make it right.
Returns
