PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Orders

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours we can't guarantee cancellation — if your order has already been prepared or shipped it cannot be canceled. If cancellation isn't possible you can still return your item once delivered per our Return Policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective contact us within 7 days at info@twentyfiveandpine.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We'll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email us at info@twentyfiveandpine.com with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. We'll let you know within 1 business day whether your order is eligible.
