What's Included:

  • DXF File: Suitable for CNC machines, this file contains precise measurements and cutting instructions to ensure accurate fabrication of the wine rack components. Legs will need to be made separately.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Prepare Materials: Gather all necessary materials as outlined in the assembly guide. Ensure that your chosen wood is of suitable quality and dimensions for the project.

  2. Cutting (CNC): Utilize the provided DXF file to accurately cut the wine rack components using a CNC machine. Follow the cutting instructions carefully to achieve precise results.

  3. Assembly: Make the cross pieces on a panto router or table saw. Assemble the wine rack components by plugging the tenons on the cross pieces into the sides. Ensure a snug fit for stability and structural integrity.

  4. Finishing Touches: Once assembled, you may apply a finish or stain to enhance the appearance of your wine rack. Allow sufficient time for the finish to dry before placing your wine bottles onto the rack.

Note: Please exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines when operating machinery or tools. Always wear appropriate protective gear and work in a well-ventilated area.

Care Instructions

Furniture:

Wipe clean with a microfiber cloth and use a gentle cleaner if needed. Furniture polish and degreaser are not recommended.

The hardwoods we use will naturally darken over time and will change more rapidly in direct sunlight.

Add weight to the bottom of our tables for additional stability.

Over time, the floors in a home can become uneven. The rubber feet on the bottom of our tables can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the screws to relevel the table.
