We ship all large items via UPS and small items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

All items are made-to-order. Orders will ship in 3-4 weeks unless the announcement bar at the top of our website states differently. Items labeled with other shipping times will be stated in the item's description.

Please let us know asap if there was damage during shipping! Send pictures of the damaged item and the damaged box to info@twentyfiveandpine.com. We will send you a return label to ship the damaged item back to us and will file a claim with UPS.

To start a return, please send us an email to info@twentyfiveandpine.com. We will send you a shipping label. Please print it, attach it to the box and bring it to the carrier listed on the label. When packaging the return, please try to package it similarly to how it was received. A refund will be issued minus the total cost of shipping (to/from) when the item is reeived by our team and if it's in it's original condition.

You can expedite shipping by choosing an expedited option at checkout.

Most items are made-to-order, please be sure to check our shipping time at the top of our website. If you still need it faster, please send us an email to info@twentyfiveandpine.com and we will try to accomodate!

We're a husband and wife team and self taught woodworkers who have always dreamed of owning a small business. When Covid hit, Kristina took the leap to run the business full tim. Nick designs all of our furniture and does the first half of the production process. Kristina finishes the production process, manages customer service and marketing.

All of the lumber we use is grown in the midwest. We work with local lumber yards to find the highest quality lumber possible.

Nick & Kristina are the husband and wife team behind Twenty Five and Pine! We are currently the only employees and make every piece by hand. We're working on having more variety in the future.

Our goal is to be an environmentally friendly as possible. Our packaging may include recycled paper or packing foam made with cornstarch. The foam will dissolve in water and the paper can be recycled.

Use a microfiber cloth with a gentle cleaner when needed. Furniture polish and degreaser are not recommended.

Hardwoods will naturally darken over time and will change more rapidly in direct sunlight. Ash stained black should not vary in color.

Over time, floors in a home can become uneven. We use a leveling surface to check every table before it is shipped.

To relevel - tighten or loosen the screws in the rubber feet. To do this, place the table where you want it to sit. Loosen the screws of the 2 rubber feet that are not touching the ground and tighten the screws that are touching the ground.

Using the inside of a clean brown paper shopping bag, gently rub the surface in the direction of the wood grain.

This is a woodworking trick that can make any surface feel smooth. The paper bag is the same as a very fine piece of sandpaper.

We use natural hardwoods and do not change the color of the walnut, natural ash or cherry. We mill the lumber and finish the items with a protective finish. The hardwoods will naturally darken over time and will change more rapidly in direct sunlight.

We do stain ash to be different colors, but only the colors shown and do not offer additional stain color choices. We strive to have a clean, modern and mostly natural look to our handmade furniture.

We finish all tables with a polyeurthane finish, making it water resistant, but NOT waterproof. We recommend using a coaster under wet beverages.

Every piece is made in our woodshop based in Dayton, Ohio.

We outsource the manufacturing of anything made out of metal to other small businesses in the United States.

Our finish is crafted using the finest plant-based ingredients for a safe and sustainable solution. We utilize a premium oil and wax blend that not only enhances the natural beauty of the wood but also provides a protective seal. The oil enriches the wood, bringing out its warm tones and accentuating the grain, while the wax layer ensures durability without compromising the wood's authentic feel. Simply buff the finish for an enhanced sheen.
