The Origin of Our Name

Twenty Five and Pine was not the original name of our business… we must all start somewhere and we started as Parts and Pieces Studio. Luckily we were quick to change that name before we got started making furniture. When we were thinking about what to change the business name to, we thought of a lot of different options, but when we thought about Twenty Five and Pine it just made sense. 

Twenty Five - is both our house number where we started making furniture and the age that we were when we started our business!

Pine - Well, it sounded a lot better than Twenty Five and Walnut and when we started, we made everything out of pine! Now we prototype everything out of pine and make everything with hardwoods (It’s confusing to some, but it shows where the roots of our business began).
